I have heard that horses dont have feeling in there neck where there mane is ( I find this very unlikely ) I was just wondering if others have heard this and if you think its true.i have horses and they do have feeling in their neck were the mane is but very littlebut to them the pain doesnt hurt them at all cause they dont do anything if you pull or tug on it
